1. Scope of Services
Centric Studio provides modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, complete interior design, and renovation services for residential and commercial spaces. The scope of work, materials, designs, timelines, and pricing will be clearly defined and mutually agreed upon before the commencement of any project.
2. Design & Customization
All designs, drawings, layouts, and concepts provided by Centric Studio are customized based on client requirements and site conditions. Minor design variations may occur during execution due to technical feasibility, material availability, or structural constraints. Any significant changes requested by the client after approval may result in revised timelines and additional costs.
3. Pricing & Payments
Project pricing is finalized based on the agreed scope of work and materials. Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule. Delays in payment may result in project delays or temporary suspension of work. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Project Timelines
Estimated project timelines are shared in good faith and are subject to site readiness, timely approvals, material availability, and external factors. Centric Studio shall not be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as site issues, third-party delays, changes requested by the client, or force majeure events.
5. Material & Quality Assurance
Centric Studio uses quality materials and trusted suppliers to ensure durability and clean finishing. Natural variations in color, texture, or grain of materials such as wood, laminates, and finishes are inherent and shall not be considered defects.
6. Site Conditions & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring site access, electrical connections, water supply, and basic site readiness as required for smooth execution. Any delays due to site unavailability or incomplete prerequisites may affect project timelines and costs.
7. Changes & Additional Work
Any additional work or modifications requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately and executed only after client approval. Revised costs and timelines will be communicated clearly before proceeding.
8. Warranty & Maintenance
Warranty terms, if applicable, will be shared separately and are limited to manufacturing or installation defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or damage caused by external factors are not covered under warranty.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Payments made towards design, materials, or work already completed are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be assessed based on project stage and incurred costs.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, images, and content created by Centric Studio remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced, shared, or reused without written consent.
11. Liability
Centric Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the agreed project scope.
12. Confidentiality
All client information, project details, and communications are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required for project execution or by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
14. Updates to Terms
Centric Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
